Come spend the day in the rural setting of Cowaramup on Jardin Estate's beautiful farm learning the art of homemade cheesemaking.
In Margaret River's beautiful dairy country, Jardin Estate has been making artisanal butter and cheese since 2017. Having produced award-winning and highly sought-after products they decided to establish a Cheese School in Cowaramup.
Amongst Jardin Estate's picturesque small farm, their commercial kitchen has been reconfigured and it is there where cheese enthusiasts can learn the ancient art of cheese making. Their courses will show you how to successfully make popular cheeses like feta, haloumi, ricotta, Camembert, Boursin, cheddar and many more at home.
