Come spend the day in the rural setting of Cowaramup on Jarin Estate's beautiful farm learning the art of homemade cheesemaking.
Set in Margaret River's beautiful dairy country, Jardin Estate has been making artisanal butter and cheese since 2017.
Having produced products that have won several awards and are highly sought after by their customers, they decided to establish a Cheese School here in Cowaramup.
Just 7 kms east from Cowaramup on our picturesque small farm, their commercial kitchen has been reconfigured to become their new school.
Here cheese enthusiasts will learn the ancient art of cheese making so that they too can enjoy making such famous cheeses as haloumi, feta, ricotta, boursin and many more.
Courses are generally held on a Saturday between 10am - 2.30pm or by appointment for speciality group bookings.
