Fre-Jac Bakery is an authentic French Patisserie located a short drive from both Margaret River and Busselton. Fre-Jac offers a wonderful selection of bread and pastries produced by hand just like in Paris.
Pastries such as croissants, pain au raisin, apple turnover, strudel, pecan and twists and traditional bread including baguette, sourdough, pochon (traditional buckwheat sourdough) fig bread, white loaf, brioche and fougasse are all available.
All Fre-Jac pastries and bread is additive, GMO and preservative free and made with high quality ingredients imported from France or sourced locally.
Fre-Jac Bakery in Vasse is former Parisians Roselyne and Jean-Marie’s passion. Here they handcraft their authentic French pastries and bread using local produce and imported ingredients from France.
Roselyn and Jean-Marie originally settled in Balingup and opened a Restaurant & Bakery. The business expanded quickly with people coming from far and wide to enjoy the French flavours. As the Bakery expanded, the couple decided to relocate Fre-Jac Bakery to Vasse in 2012. Since then, Roselyne & Jean Marie have been providing customers with fresh products made with French flour and free from additives & preservatives.
You can find them at the Fre-Jac French bakery or at Farmer's Markets all over the south west. Have a look at the calendar on their website for more information.

Fre Jac visited our resort this morning, it was great so many lovely pastries. The service was delightful and everything tasted delicious.

Donuts and waffles were delicious, but most of our pastries were a bit stale. We bought them off the van that visits the different campsites so we thought we’d give the market stall a go to see if they were fresher but same. Bread wasn’t crispy like you would expect from a French bakery which was disappointing. It’s a great service though!
