This is an experience not to be missed. First time in a cave and I would highly recommend a guided tour (such as this) for the first time. Teaching all about stalactites, stalagmites and all the other incredible formations. Showing us the different sections of the cave and how many thousands of years it took. Incredible.

Josh, our tour guide, was awesome!!! Super informative but funny and witty too. The caves are amazing. So glad we did a guided tour instead of going solo. Jewel caves are a must see if you’re in the area. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Amazing as always, the experience has changed a lot since my last visit 9 years ago, but it was still just as wonderful! Our guide, Josh, was fun, informative, and passionate about the tour, also very kind when my partner needed some help at the end of the tour. Can't recommend this gorgeous cave and it's lovely team of guides and caretakers enough!

We booked tickets online, the website has them in groups of 30. Check in was easy, told to wait in the cafe area. As we were waiting people came up and bought tickets on arrival for the tour at the same time as ours. Our group was over 40 people and it ruined the experience. The tour guide was good but we had to wait for everyone to walk up and down and thru the areas. The platforms where the guide stopped to explain things or for show were packed so it was challenging to get photos, hear the guide, etc. it's very reasonably priced which probably explains it popularity.
