Little Glimmer wellness experiences revive and uplift holidayers so they are ready to explore this beautiful region to its fullest. Emily is a qualified yoga teacher who comes to your holiday accommodation and brings all the yoga gear.
The perfect for tired travellers, you will be guided to gently relax tight muscles and use simple breath exercises and yoga nidra to top up your energy reserves.
It’s also a fun bonding experience for family and friends travelling together. Have a mini–yoga retreat at your accommodation and feel energised and more connected.
Your Little Glimmer wellness experience will be bespoke to your needs. After learning a little about your travel group (like levels of yoga experience, energy levels and desired experience length), Little Glimmer will craft a fun, revitalising wellness experience for you. This can include breathing exercises, vinyasa, yin or restorative yoga, meditation and yoga nidra.
You can choose from 2-hour, half-day, full-day, or weekend options. Yoga equipment is provided, and all levels of yoga experience are welcome.
About Em!
Em has completed 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training 2022 of the ISHTA lineage at Tamara Yoga. She has facilitated over 100 yoga experiences and teaches classes 3-6 times a week.
She has a playful approach to yoga instruction and is considerate of each individual's experience levels and energy levels. She likes to bring a little glimmer into people's days through playful and introspective yoga.
