MRRC has completed a COVID Safety Plan (certificate displayed at entrance) and social distancing measures are in place. The Centre currently looks a little different, with socially distanced markings on the floor at Customer Service. Members are encouraged to use EFTPOS facilities instead of cash.

The Margaret River Recreation Centre is open year round and is comprised of a gymnasium, stadium, aquatic centre and Kids Club. It supports and encourages participation in sport at all levels, from family recreation to professional competition.
The Margaret River Recreation Centre also operates a café offering a range of catering services and a crèche available for patrons. The Centre coordinates bookings for the Gloucester Park Precinct ovals and sporting pavilions in addition to managing the seasonal Beach Lifeguard Service at the River Mouth Beach.
The pool and showers are available for patrons for a $5 fee.
