Friendly and helpful staff. Big sites, older amenities but super clean and looked after. Central location- easy walking distance to beach front and town.

Such a great spot - we particularly loved being in the quieter site further down the road from the jetty (Site 2). Clean and tidy facilities. A lovely beach 2 min walk away and restaurants close by.

The staff were absolutely fantastic – 10/10 service and very friendly throughout the stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen facilities were disappointing, particularly with issues around food being taken from the fridge. Installing CCTV in that area could act as a strong deterrent. The showers would also benefit from having curtains for better privacy. Additionally, there were many unsupervised children running around and yelling on the camp roads. Given that large 4WDs use these roads and have significant blind spots, better supervision or clearer safety measures would really help. Finally, having a gate or some form of fencing could improve security and prevent random people from walking through the park.

Location, location, location. Walking distance from the world famous Busso Jetty & foreshore (& we were in Park 3 - the far away one). Simple park, no pool, jumping pillows or play equipment for the kids, but the facilities were always clean, the BBQs were free & the noise died down every night by about 9pm. We had a powered site & they were spacious enough, well shaded by trees & close to everything. Had a camp kitchen, laundry, clotheslines, undercover pergola etc. Don't remember how much they cost, but it was no frills & done well. Like a ham, cheese & tomato toasted sandwich. Just dependable & good, because you can't eat brisket everyday. 4.3 stars.
