On select Saturdays throughout January, Rústico opens for evening service, serving their signature five-course degustation menu, paired with premium Hay Shed Hill wines, a full cocktail bar, and live music to set the tone.

It’s the perfect way to linger longer in wine country — gather with friends, enjoy exceptional food and wine, and soak up the warm country atmosphere as the sun sets over the vineyard.

For a seamless night out, guests can book the Rustico Ride — a return transport service from Margaret River & Dunsborough — allowing you to relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about driving.
