Fresh Pasta Workshop | South West Bottega

South West Bottega invites guests to experience a hands-on Fresh Pasta Workshop led by Monsef, born and raised in Bologna, Italy.

Across two immersive hours, guests will learn how to make traditional fresh tagliatelle from scratch using techniques inspired by generations of Italian home cooking. Each guest will prepare their own pasta by hand before cooking the dish together and sitting down to enjoy the meal around the table.

Designed to feel warm, welcoming and beginner-friendly, the workshop is suitable for couples, friends, solo guests, families, children and adults alike.

As the first workshop of its kind at South West Bottega, an introductory price of $85 per person is being offered.

Wine and drinks will be available to purchase during and after the class.

Limited to 10 guests.

Adults and children welcome. Guests under 16 must attend with a participating parent or guardian (tickets required for both).
