Night of the Panther

calendar
Wednesday, 17th June 2026 - 6:30pm to 9:30pm

Description

Night of the Panther is more than a launch.

It’s firelight, smoke, dripping oak barrels, slow-cooked lamb over flame, and glasses of black stout shared deep into the night.

One night each year, Margaret River Brewhouse crack the barrels and pour the first taste of Panther Cream – their barrel-aged imperial stout, released only when the nights turn cold enough to deserve it.

For 2026, they’re bringing a full Lambassador asador experience to the Brewhouse – a long table feast built around open fire cooking, heavy winter pours, dark beer worship, and a room built for warmth, noise, and indulgence.

Expect:

  • The first official pour of both 2026 Barrel aged Panther Cream versions

  • Open-fire lamb asador experience

  • Chats from their head brewer and chef on the pairings

  • Tattarang Springs Whisky tastings

  • Roaring fires, good conversations, and winter atmosphere

Dark beer season starts here.

Welcome to Night of the Panther.
