Rubyhoo I The River

Following the release and tour of their debut EP, Before It Was Now, which has amassed more than one million streams, Perth two-piece RubyHoo hit the road for the Who’s Ruby Aus Tour – 8 shows across 5 states this September and October.

Formed at university, Matt Preston and Brodie Cook’s friendship began in the most unlikely of places: the uni cafeteria, over a lasagna Matt bought Brodie one afternoon.

What started as a shared meal turned into a shared obsession with songwriting and the pair have been writing together ever since.

The duo relocated to Melbourne to chase the music, honing their sound and building a catalogue before making the move back home to Perth – bringing their story full circle as they prepare to tour the country they grew up in.

Now, with more releases out in the world and a growing fanbase behind them, RubyHoo are ready to bring their songs to stages across Australia.
