Karnidale 2027

The highly anticipated Karnidale Festival is set to dazzle audiences as it returns to Karridale for its 19th year of celebration of circus arts – bringing artists from across the globe to the Margaret River region.

From acrobatics to breathtaking aerial performances, this two-day extravaganza promises to deliver another unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Taking place on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th January 2027, Karnidale will transform Karridale into a vibrant hub of entertainment. The festival has a unique atmosphere of excitement and creativity, giving it the feeling of stepping into a magical, surreal world — the perfect backdrop for awe-inspiring displays of circus arts.

And in 2027 there’s a spectacular new addition to the festival site: The Edith, Karnidale’s stunning new spiegeltent. This magnificent 22-metre mirrored tent – an intimate 300 seat jewel box of a venue – makes its festival debut this year, bringing a whole new level of old-world glamour to Karnidale’s nights.

This year’s line-up is the festival’s most international yet – artists arriving from Spain, France, Ukraine, Belgium, Canada and beyond join Australian stars including Gravity & Other Myths (A Simple Space), YUCK Circus and the Splash Test Dummies, performing across Lunar Circus’s multiple big top venues. By day it’s circus shows, workshops, the legendary Circus Olympics, live bands and local food; by night the DJs crank up and things heat up with Head First Acrobats’ outrageous hit GODZ and the infamous Late Night Cabaret.
