What a spectacular venue. We stayed in the modern units/apartments which we highly rate and enjoyed the facilities in the older Hotel where we had breakfast, lunch and evening meals. This is the only place that has these facilities plus a bar and great great gardens.ONE really odd thing is that there is NO live TV available just Apps that are recorded so you are cut off from the World

Celebrated a wedding here this weekend. As I was helping set up, I can confidently say the staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Joyce, who was always available and sorted our small problem with the in house sound system. The garden courtyard for the ceremony was wonderful and the reception room was perfect for about 80 guests. The food served was excellent and the wait staff were very efficient. The hotel buffet breakfasts were ample and delicious, quality ingredients, real eggs. The rooms vary. If you stay in the hotel proper you get the heritage character, or if you stay in the Seashells rooms you get thoroughly modern.

We chose Caves House to get married at and stay for a few days and I cannot fault the experience! I cannot thank Joyce and the entire team at Caves House for helping us create our perfect day. As a very anxious type A bride who is also a wedding coordinator it took a lot for me to feel calm, but Joyce managed to ease my every concern. The gardens and grounds at Caves House were manicured to perfection, and the building itself provided the most scenic backdrop for all our photos. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely exceptional. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The team at Caves House played a huge part in making our night as magical as it was, and we can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone planning a wedding. We'll definitely be back to visit every anniversary (at least)!

I’ve stayed, I’ve just visited, it’s all good! Each time I’m in the area, eating here is a must. Add the ambience / live music and it’s just iconic. And there is now a good chef again! Winning.
