Wow! I was blown away by the customer service provided by our tour guide, Steve. He helped me plan an amazing day for my visiting family and was super accommodating. To kick off the tour, he was on time and super helpful. The 20 person bus was perfect for our group of 14. It was very clean with strong AC and comfortable chairs. He took us by Surfers Point and told us all about the history of the area and the river. We then went to the caves then a stop at the Forrest (which was not part of our original itinerary but so amazing!). We went to a winery then had the most amazing lunch! The group was feeling tired so he happily made last minute changes and accommodated us. At the end of our tour, he offered to take us to another view point on the water. It was such a delight spending the day with Steve. I can’t recommend him enough!! I honestly feel like this private tour should have cost 2xs as much. It was absolutely wonderful! Ita Duran

Steve was a fantastic guide. Very supportive of a young family with a 4 year old. Went out of his way to make our first time in Margaret River a special time. Jeremy Anderberg

We had such a great day with Clarice. I highly recommend the Food & Wine tour (still loads of wine). I love that we went to some small family wineries who are biodynamic instead of the same big ones that other tours go to. Sarah Notte
