Google Reviews

Although we had a car, we decided to get to know the Margaret River region with the help of a local guide who could take us to some of the famous spots but also some secret spots that only the locals would know. Hank was fantastic and it was just the two of us with him for the day and he tailored what we did and where we went according to what we liked/responded to best. It was a mixture of stunning landscapes, famous surf breaks, blooming wildflowers, karri forests, caves, birds and a sprinkle of a few local businesses producing nougat to olives. We stopped whenever we spotted something cool to see like a tree full of black cockatoos dining out on some nuts. I particularly loved Hank's ability to interpret the region for us so that in just a day we felt that we had a thorough grip on what makes this diverse region tick. We then explored further on our own for the next couple of days, feeling like we knew a thing or two! This is when we did some of the wineries and other obvious places of interest all the while with Hank's insight rolling around in our heads. There were a lot of special touches like the orchid identification books and bird guides in the vehicle to the gift of a jar of local honey at the end of the day. also, Hank is happy to take YOUR picture at points of interest so it puts you in all of those great scenery and experience shots that you'll want to share. A very memorable day and we didn't have to do any driving or find our way around with maps stressing about where to go and what to see. Leanne Layfield

Hank is a superb host, personalising your experience of the Margaret River region. Great combination of excellent scenery, where to visit beyond the tour, wonderful lunch location followed by winery visits that coverered the boutique to the larger properties. The personal touch and small group (three of us) made for a thoroughly enjoyable day. Angela Lovegrove
