Margaret River Nougat Company is part of Bettenay's Margaret River. The Bettenay family produce wine, nougat and liqueurs all onsite at their family property.

The Bettenay's invite you to come and taste their nougat and see the team in action through the kitchen viewing window. Currently, they have 34 different combinations of nougat, using premium honey from the South West. Bettenay's nougat is packed full of fruit and nuts and some even have that bit of extra decadence, such as the salted caramel!

Come enjoy a coffee, wine or liqueur by the lake paired with your favourite nougat flavour.

The team look forward to welcoming you to Bettenay's Margaret River.

Perfect execution of some mosaic tiling. So very neat cuts around the central floor waste. Very impressed Hayden McGearey
We recommend the nougat and wine pairing experience for 25 dollars a head. This is certainly one of the best value tasting experiences in the Margaret River region. 5 nougat and wine pairings with a grazing board and glass of wine to finish. The staff were very friendly and accomodating! Brock SB
Delicious Nougat flavours, fine wines and lovely location worth visiting for coffee and treats or wine tasting..... maybe both! . Peter McKenzie
