OLIO BELLO LEADS THE WAY
Olio Bello is a boutique, hand-made product, rather than a mass market oil. Extra virgin oil comes from the olives' first pressing, so it is very fresh. Olive oil loses its health properties with time and dilution, so the ideal oil should be extra virgin and recently pressed.

Locally produced oil is likely to be much fresher than imported oils, which have often been in the bottle for many months. Visit Olio Bello and taste the difference!
