Point Road Campground is a small, sheltered campground set amongst peppermint woodland, on the fringes of the majestic Boranup Karri Forest.
This campground, on the edge of the magnificent towering karri's of Boranup Forest, is accessible only by 4WD vehicle or on foot if you are walking the Cape to Cape Track. There are six campsites that are suitable for tents, swags, campervans and rooftop tents only.
Generators are not permitted.
Campfires are usually permitted between April to November - in the provided fire rings only - but fire restrictions may be imposed at any time and without notice. Firewood is not provided but please see restrictions on the movement of wood, including firewood on the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development website.
Campers' own liquid or gas fuel BBQs, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared (see Department of Fire and Emergency Services).
Bookings are essential and can be made 180 days in advance.
Pets are not permitted.
Know before you go and check Park Alerts (alerts.dbca.wa.gov.au) for all park, track, trail, attraction and campground closures.
Visitors can access the Cape to Cape Track from this campground.
Camp fees per night - $15 adult, $10 concession cardholder, $5 child (over 5 and under 16 years). Rates are subject to change. Please refer to the Explore Parks WA website for the latest pricing and availability.
