Lovely place, nice decoration and concept with the library inside, surrounded by books. But what to say about the service... Staff really need to be better trained. From front of house to the kitchen. We asked to get our coffee on a take away cup, even if we have ordered food and were staying, we've got our request denied... Can't really say that's the spirit of hospitality. Even if someone ask to be served in a bowl, in a bottle, when you work in the industry of hospitality you have to be able to respond and give a service to your customer. It's not like asking for more or to change the recipe of the final product but just to get something you are buying in a different dish. Result my dear and beautiful half went somewhere else to get her coffee and spent her money in an other business. Our order from the kitchen, took to long to make a sandwich and beans with poached eggs. Shame... At least the staff were professional and respond to us on a good way and manners, they were following the management policy for sure.
