Supper Club redefines the after-dark dining experience in the South West. With just 30 seats, it’s a place where guests can slow down and savour - seasonal menus crafted by Tai Yokoyama and Brendan Pratt, creative collaborations with Australia’s best chefs, and an ever-changing rhythm inspired by what’s in season and who’s in town.
