Our pigs are free ranging and grassfed. Farm House Big Red pigs are as close as you get to wild pigs, even swimming in dams.
Our highly regarded Arkady grass fed lamb is a cross bred Dorset lamb, bred specifically for it's premium meat.
Our Smokehouse and smallgoods use natural ingredients and processes with no artificial colours or flavours.
Our herbs and spices are freshly prepared to our own recipes for our smallgoods.
We use local fruit tree wood to naturally impart a natural sweet smokey flavour and aroma.
