The resort was fantastic, beautiful apartments and gardens absolutely as in the pictures and in the video attached. Service was great very responsive staff who gave us everything we needed. They were very flexible with the bikes; was able to hire a bikes such as the e-bikes and children’s bikes which was great the only thing I could give feedback on is to put mirrors on the bikes so you can see behind you especially see your kids behind you and to be able to also hire some little bike cabins if you have small kids to pull after you on your e-bike. Overall the service and the quality of stay was very clean and fantastic.

Loved the accomodation here but need to say I felt extremely pressured by the Wyndham attendant when checking in after I already said we did not wish to attend any updates. She continued to tell me I should attend and go on and on when all I wanted to do is check in, get the key, go to the toilet, and rest after a 3 hr drive. When I told her I had just said no, she continued on saying I heard you but was still trying to tell me to attend. This really is the only thing that is very disappointing about being a member. The constant pressure and almost harassment is frustrating and over the top.

Love the place. Staff so pleasant and helpful - particularly a young lady called Laura and a young man called Ruben who were so friendly when helping me choose a bike each morning during our stay last week.

We stayed in a two bedroom deluxe apartment the first week in November. We found the apartment worked very well and was comfortable. In all my years of staying in apartments, this apartment was the best provisioned. I can’t think of anything I needed it didn’t have. Our view was the coastal forest and the outside road was a little noisy. We also had a family of possums scratch their way through most evenings when we were in the lounge room. Weren’t disturbed but it would’ve been different if they had holed up in the ceiling corner of the bedroom. The resort is a 10 minute drive outside of Dunsborough. Not a problem if you have a car. The pool is clean and heated. There are plenty of watercraft to use and even electric bikes. The weather was too cold for us to consider much water activity and we were into exploring the countryside anyway. An evening meal at Toby’s proved to be very disappointing. Expensive and underwhelming food. Of course being Wyndham, they will always try to sell more points at a “special breakfast”. Be ready for the sales pitch. I have been to a few Wyndham properties and this would be one of the better ones. We thoroughly loved our time in this beautiful part of Australia. Go and have lunch at” Swings and Roundabouts”. Very close.
