Tucked away in the Margaret River wine region, Secret Garden is surrounded by stunning formal gardens and a vast peppermint forest, providing the perfect opportunity to rest and reconnect with nature.
As you unwind you’ll discover two living areas that open out onto a central courtyard making it perfect for larger families. The main house features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, and a mezzanine loft with a bunk room and separate lounge and TV area. The bright and welcoming master suite links to the main house via a stunning floor to ceiling glass corridor. It features an ensuite and a private deck with a Japanese outdoor tub. In the guest wing you’ll find another living and dining room and a kitchenette, plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a spa.
In winter there’s two fireplaces, perfect to enjoy a glass of Margaret River’s finest, and in summer lazy afternoons beg you to soak up the sunshine and explore.
Located on the beautiful Brookland Valley Estate, close to Woodlands, Pierro, Moss Wood and Evans & Tate wineries.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Whitehorses for 3 nights. Amazing and unbelievable views!!!!!!!
Beautiful house with everything that we needed.
The fireplace kept us cosy and warm for the rainy weather so we loved staying in and just relaxed watching the ocean view. The team was very accommodating as well. Highly recommend a stay with them and we’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip down South.

9 friends and myself have just had a terrific weekend staying at Hi Clere in Yallingup. The house is perfect for a large group of people with two different wings of the beautifully designed house containing 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as the large master suite complete with spa. All have wonderful views of the surrounding bush land.
The house contains many gorgeous pieces of original art and furniture, along with a fabulous outdoor deck area.
We all loved the house and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff at Private Properties were helpful, professional and made our long weekend away truly special.

Stayed at Bluebelle in Gracetown for 3 nights. The house is so lovely, very clean with amazing 180degrees ocean views. Definitely a beach vacation house. This is our first time to stay in Private Properties houses. Thus, not sure what to expect. We are all very impressed. The property is well appointed and all the items you will ever need are all provided - cutleries, toiletries, cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, and much much more. The beds and amenities are prepared comparable to 5 star hotels - meticulously made up with extra blankets and soft pillows. Definitely will be using Private Properties in future vacations. Our property manager Teri replies with queries very promptly. Everything from booking to arrival process is flawless. Will be recommending you to friends and families.

I booked a 3 night stay at La Cabine with my wife for a peaceful getaway that we expected to be first class.
What we experienced was better than first class.
Fee and Michael have thought of every possible detail to bring French Provisional to Margaret River right down to the French music.
The organic breakfast consisting of fresh eggs, fresh juices and yogurts, fresh salmon, avocado, cereals oh and the just baked fresh breads left for us on arrival by Michael was sensational and more than expected.
Now, the Cabine.......exceptionally clean with crisp clean linen, robes and slippers. The furnishings, art works and the corks have been perfectly chosen to adapt in the cabin. Michael stocked the fire place in preparation for our late arrival which was lit once we arrived.
The grounds surrounding the Cabin with statues, outdoor seating and waterfalls are stunning.
This place is definitely heaven on earth. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
