Guided walking tours in Margaret River and along the Cape to Cape Track.
Reconnect with nature while you walk through parts of the Margaret River Region that will take your breath away.
Edgewalkers are always exploring new destinations. They currently offer multi-day walking tours along the Cape to Cape track and throughout the Fitzgerald Biosphere during the breathtaking wildflower season in Australia’s southwest and through the spectacle of the Mongolian wilderness.
Erika is a theatre practitioner, writer, and dancer. She has a BA in writing, a MA in community and international development, and a Ph.D. in transformative learning.
When you walk with Edgewalkers you are not just walking with a tour guide, you are walking with a philosopher, an artist, a writer, a passionate adventurer and most importantly, you will feel like you are walking with a friend; someone who can offer you a unique perspective and sensitivity to the whole experience.
ABOUT YOUR GUIDE - DR ERIKA JACOBSON
Erika is a theatre practitioner, writer, and dancer. She has a BA in writing, a MA in community and international development, and a Ph.D. in transformative learning.
Part of the year she lectures at Murdoch University on creativity and innovation, running workshops and retreats helping people (or groups of people) reconnect with their creativity and self-expression.
Erika also runs arts-based community development projects and sometimes she speaks about it all!
Part of the year she travels and writes...
All year round she walks:
"I love walking in nature and there is nowhere better to walk than the ecological bio-diverse southwest of Australia. The Augusta-Margaret River region, a few hours south of Perth where I grew up, is right in the middle of it. For a few months of the year, this is where I take people walking"
