Creativity and Walking Retreats
Explore your self-expression and creativity on one of Edgewalkers popular walking and creativity retreats.
1. The Creativity Retreat with Dr Erika Jacobson
This retreat aims to give you time away from your routine and established ways of thinking so that you can disrupt habitual behaviours, access higher levels of creativity and apply them to create self-expressive life. Erika guides you and 9 other gorgeous individuals through a playful but powerful process that engages the body and senses and disrupts your thinking habits to give you clarity and insights that lie beyond the intellect.
The focus is on examining where you are at with your creativity, envisioning where you want to be and rehearsing and planning how to get there.
You work with Erika and local artist Jane Tangney who are inspired by walks on the Cape to Cape, nourished by Kirra’s hearty and delicious plant-based meals and lead through a morning yoga practice to a more quiet and centred mind.
2. Walking Yoga and Plant-Based Cooking Retreat Every day during this wellness retreat Kirra Diconza, Edgewalkers culinary artist and yoga teacher, will guide you and 9 other kitchen goddesses through lavish, informative and hands-on sessions of plant-based cooking creativity that leave you inspired.
In the morning and evening Kirra will lead you through soulful, uplifting, and balanced yoga and in between you will walk four sections of the stunning Cape to Cape track.
This is the only retreat that includes transport from Perth to Margaret River and back, and is priced to offer as many people as possible access to a great value, first-class retreat experience.
3. Women’s Walking & Writing Weekend with Dr Erika Jacobson
