NEW to Australia's South West, Taste of the Bays is a deluxe dining experience on the water. Step on board South West Cruises’ 60ft pleasure boat to witness scenery of the region’s most iconic bays, beaches and landmarks, finishing with a golden sunset. Indulge in a 7-course progressive dinner of seafood and local produce, prepared by a private chef on deck. The gourmet menu is paired with premium Margaret River wines, boutique beers and more, all fully inclusive. Return courtesy coach transfers from local towns provided. South West Cruises presents an exciting new foodie experience showcasing the beautiful flavours and scenery of the iconic Margaret River region.

‘Taste of the Bays’ is an all-inclusive, 7-course progressive dinner, floating on a 60-ft charter boat on calm blue waters of Dunsborough’s Geographe Bay. The cruise blends the region’s breathtaking scenery with its exquisite seafood, fresh produce and fine wines, all in one deluxe experience – the only one of its kind in Australia.

The afternoon and sunset voyage takes in famous bays, beaches and landmarks of the region, with freshly prepared courses served along the way. From an exclusive setting on water, witness spectacular scenery of locations like Old Dunsborough, Curtis Bay, Castle Rock, Meelup Beach, Point Picquet, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay – giving you a perspective of Australia’s South West coastline that is rarely seen.

Sip on a cocktail, followed by premium local wines and boutique beers, all served complimentary throughout the 3.5-to-4-hour journey. Indulge in a divine degustation feast, crafted by a private onboard chef. Reflecting the best of the region, the gourmet menu features delicious WA seafood and local ingredients the South West is renowned for. Each course is accompanied by winemaker-paired wines from Howard Park, Margaret River.

On the menu, sourced from local producers, are Albany Rock Oysters, South West Blue Manna Crab, line-caught local fish, West Australian Sea Scallops, Manjimup Marron, Southern Forests Black Truffle, Margaret River cured meats, Yallingup cheeses and woodfired breads, Cowaramup olives, Margaret River nougat and chocolate, and more.

While anchored in a pristine bay, you can swim, snorkel or relax on float mats, or simply unwind on board, taking in magical views. As you wine and dine, expect to be mesmerised by a blissful golden sky. Watch the sun set over the tree-covered ridge of Cape Naturaliste from the most breathtaking vantage point there is, floating on water.
