The Blending class takes you through the history of gin, learn spirit-making practices, sample the Giniversity range, and then design and blend your own bespoke recipe. Each participant then takes home their own custom 500ml bottle of gin.

Accommodation is available at the adjoining Riverglen Chalets, which is located just across the brook. For bookings and enquiries visit the website or call 08 9757 9351.

I took a friend to the Gin Blending class at Giniversity and it was amazing! A very knowledgeable presenter takes you through the birth and derivation of gin, notable historical events like the London Gin Craze, creation of the types of gin, distillation journey and then the blending of modern gin varieties. You also learn about the types of tonic available and why mixers make such an impact on gin drinks! You taste various gins to establish your palate and then choose from a massive array of essences to create two of your own gin blends, then using your favourite, you create a custom blend of your own and take home half a litre of it! Awesome value, really fascinating and make sure you have a decent breakfast!!! Highly highly recommended!

Such an excellent experience at this venue today, the staff were very friendly and all were very knowledgeable of the menu whether it be food or drinks. The selection of tasting paddles, cocktails and other alcoholic beverages were just the beginning with the food menu providing just as much choices. We shared some pizza's and they were delicious. Gluten free bases are available and we were impressed as the bases were amazing! I wish we took more photos but the relaxed nature of the venue and interaction with the staff had us too entertained to remember to take photos... Definitely worth visiting this venue Dogs not welcome unfortunately

Had a tasting paddle of various gins and sat out of the verandah. Lovely weather, service wasn't in your face. I just relaxed with my book for a while. I ended up buying a bottle of the barrel aged gin. Will be back again

Outstanding service on arrival. Comfortable outdoor seating, with dogs allowed. We brought a baby and there were highchairs available. Fantastic selections of delicious gins and a small food menu, mostly pizza. We watched a young kookaburra during our meal, lots of wildlife in the area
