Tucked away in the heart of Karridale farming country, Wild Lot Distillery is a boutique, family-owned distillery where craft meets community. Founded by a passionate female distiller, Wild Lot takes a hands-on approach to every bottle—from growing fresh ingredients to capturing honest, bold flavours in every sip.
Inspired by the landscapes and seasons of Western Australia, Wild Lot's first release FORTUNA is a juniper-forward gin with homegrown citrus and herbs, each release embraces nature’s rhythm, ensuring no two batches are ever quite the same.
The distillery is more than just a tasting room—it’s an experience. Guests are invited to explore the orchard and gardens, learn about the craft of distilling, and settle in with a gin & tonic in hand. Looking ahead, the team plans to introduce exclusive guided tastings, seasonal collaborations, and a curated selection of Australian artisanal spirits.

Visited Wild Lot Distillery on a Monday & after emailing Bec (owner/distiller) of this lovely, small, but punching above its weight distillery, she accommodated us without hesitation. Excellent signature gin & Mulberry gin & coffee liqueur. Bec also mixes drinks (she has an impressive range of gins) & has a retail license to sell a variety of Oz gins. A finger lime gin is on the horizon. Overall a warm, satisfying experience!

Beautiful little gin distillery with a lovely host, also has a cosy little licenced bar, we enjoyed the cheese board with pickled octopus with gin and tonics. The gin was fantastic 👌, we took two different bottles on the way home. Cheers

Great Gin and it gives old Youngs a run for its money. Only issues it does not last long enough in the bottle. Need flagons :)
