Beautiful wee farm stop. This was recommended to us by friends and we weren't disappointed. My husband said the pie he had was one of the best he had ever eaten (it smelt divine!), and the scone I had was the same. So light and fluffy and the homemade plum jam and cream were delicious. There were lots of jams, lemon butter, and other condiments for sale, and the gift shop was full of fresh flowers, unique gifts, clothing, second hand books, and other knick-knacks. It was a joy to stop by.

Anniebrook Farm Café and Gifts in Carbunup River was a fabulous stopover for lunch. We enjoyed a homemade beef and mushroom pie, followed by warm scones with plum and fig jam, absolutely delicious, especially when paired with a pot of tea for two. The staff were lovely, and the peaceful farm views made it such a relaxing experience. We even spotted some wild guinea pigs, which were adorable! After lunch, we visited Dawns beautiful gift shop just across from the café. The space is filled with flowers, vintage bags, books, antiques, and unique clothing designs. It felt like stepping into a hidden treasure trove! Dawn truly puts her heart and soul into her business, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend this spot for anyone passing through the region as we always come by whenever we drive down south!

Our friend Marilyn took us to Anniebrook Farm as she had told me about it in a text message and boy, it didn’t disappoint. What a lovely array of artificial flowers, ornaments, oils, bags, jewellery and bric a brac. I bought a posy of flowers and a Christmas ornament. Then we went to the cafe. Our homemade beef and mushroom pies were amazing and Marilyn had chicken and leek pie which had nice big chunks of chicken in. After lunch, we had a nice cup of tea but we didn’t sample the scones (that’s for our next visit). The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Dawn and co for a lovely visit 😊
