Brookland Valley Vineyard has also become known as the home of Daphnis, a flute-playing figure from Greek mythology renowned for his beautiful music and poetry, as well as his weakness for wine. He was well-loved by the Greek God Pan who taught him to play the panpipes and when you visit you will discover a life-sized bronze statue of Daphnis piping his music over the vineyard.
Flutes Restaurant is set in the beautiful natural surrounds of Brookland Valley Vineyard and overlooking the waters of Wilyabrup Brook. With friendly service, French-inspired cuisine and award-winning wines, Flutes provide a unique Margaret River experience in the surrounds of natural Australian beauty. A wedding ceremony can be held on the lawns overlooking the Wilyabrup Brook and winter ceremonies will enjoy the cascading water of the Wilyabrup falls.
