The property is situated in the Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate on a landscaped block on the edge of a dam. Indica has been designed specifically for luxury accommodation, with 4 suites of master bedrooms & ensuites. Outside find a 10 seat hydrotherapy spa with water views. It caters for EVs too! Indica Hemp House is newly built and opened for bookings late 2023. It has been designed to be eco-friendly and sustainable, featuring high raking ceilings, double glazing and burnished polished concrete floors. This house is very energy efficient achieving an 8.7/10 for the National House Energy Rating Scheme (Nat HERS). It's warm in Winter and cool in Summer due to Passive Solar design and the thermal characteristic of hempcrete construction.
