Indica Hemp House is a unique luxury home built from local grown industrial hemp formulated into hempcrete. Most rooms showcase this stunning building material. The property is situated in the Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate on a landscaped block on the edge of a dam. Indica has been designed specifically for luxury accommodation, with 4 suites of master bedrooms & ensuites. Outside find a 10 seat hydrotherapy spa with water views. It caters for EVs too! Your stay here will be relaxing & unforgettable! The property is accredited with Tourism Australia and the WA Tourism Council attaining Sustainable Tourism.

Indica Hemp House is newly built and opened for bookings late 2023. It has been designed to be eco-friendly and sustainable, featuring high raking ceilings, double glazing and burnished polished concrete floors. This house is very energy efficient achieving an 8.7/10 for the National House Energy Rating Scheme (Nat HERS). It's warm in Winter and cool in Summer due to Passive Solar design and the thermal characteristic of hempcrete construction.

A Welcome Gift of local wine, chocolates, and some hemp-infused alcoholic beverages to enjoy with your guests is provided. There’re even a few hemp skincare samples for you to try as well.

My partner and I stayed there recently and absolutely loved it! We so didn't want to leave!The kitchen, dining and outdoor areas are so nice and awesome to have a large outdoor hot tub! They have everything you need there including super nice wine glasses, plates, cheese platter boards and much more! I also liked the large garage so i could park my 4wd in there. Great location too, so close to so many great wineries, breweries and of course the chocolate factory. Highly recommend this place, you will love it!

WOW…. From the moment we arrived the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated interior, with great views of the lake. The huge outdoor spa was amazing which we enjoyed under the stars. The surrounding wineries and breweries were easily accessible with Margaret River only a short drive away. A 5 star eco retreat and fabulous place to stay!

Indica has been my absolute FAVE accomodation I have stayed at in the Margaret River region. My partner and I went recently to celebrate my birthday weekend and it was exceptional. The design of the home, room size, luxury styling and the outdoor area overlooking the water was pure bliss. As we relaxed in the outdoor spa with a glass of wine in hand, we felt worlds away from the city. It was in the heart of the region too, just a short 5 minute drive from all our favourite wineries i.e Cherubinos and Amelia Park. The kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining and it was all really beautiful quality. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay down south whether you're a couple or with friends and family. The hosts even had a cute welcome basket for us on arrival. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay Indica! You've created something so special the region needed.

What an absolute delight, this property is. Everything about it is perfectly curated and adjusted to make our stay the absolute most wonderful it can be. We enjoyed the barbecue on the patio overlooking the water and the convenience of car charging on site. The furnishings and decoration is beautifully considered, beds comfortable, everything perfectly clean. Someone has taken the time to think of everything right down to the most luxurious hemp shampoo in the showers! So close to so many awesome places to explore, yet, feels like it’s far far away. Relax in the spa or explore the almost island. Fall asleep to the sound of the frogs, this is it.
