Cheese Course – Camembert
Saturday, 17th September 2022 - Saturday, 3rd December 2022
This is not just any camembert.
During this course students will make a camembert that has real taste, ooze in all the right places and present pretty as a picture. Most importantly during this course, they will learn how to care for their cheese at home and how to create the best environment for the right moulds to flourish and prosper.
They will also be surprised at the many ways to serve their camembert that will leave them and their family and friends wanting more and asking what next? These will be showcased during lunch.
