South West Bottega: Aperitivo Party

South West Bottega is bringing a slice of Italy to the Margaret River Region with the launch of their new Aperitivo Hour.

On Thursday 18 September, enjoy an evening of live music, spritz and good company as the Vasse deli-café turns into a true Italian piazza.

Guests will be treated to a complimentary aperitivo plate (charcuterie and bites) with any drink purchase, alongside evening-long specials:

• $10 Prosecco or pints of beer

• $12 Spritz

South West Bottega is also introducing their new Pizza & Drinks special (pizza + 2 drinks for $40), available Thursday to Sunday from 3–5pm, running through to the end of October.

This launch party also signals the start of Bottega Thursdays, a weekly program of events that celebrate food, culture and community —from Italian wine tastings and cooking demos to film nights, storytelling evenings and sustainability talks.

A perfect way to wind down the week and soak up Italian flavours in the heart of the South West.
