A solid 3,144 push-ups will be completed from the 1st – 23rd June!

Join Lenton Brae on Saturday 24th June to raise awareness, raise funds and celebrate the dedicated contenders completing The Push-up Challenge.

One of which is Jacob, who has explained what this challenge means to him:

“When I saw this challenge advertised, I thought what better way to raise some awareness and funds for a cause that is affecting humanity as well as hitting home very close to my heart. On top of that, I get to keep on top of my fitness while I’m away at work! Tragically in my short time on this earth, I’ve lost 3 family members to suicide as well as 3 good friends. I am also participating in this challenge in their memory and reaching out to friends, family, and anyone else struggling with their mental health. If life feels too much, reach out, and we can get through it together! Lots of Love Jacob ♥️”
