Arimia is a very special boutique winery, restaurant and guest house in a magical setting in the Wilyabrup region, offering an exceptional dining experience, cellar door tastings, produce for sale, and farm tours.

Arimia operates entirely off the grid and with an ethos of sustainable and regenerative produce to restaurant practices. The farm is certified organic and incorporates biodynamic principles to nurture and grow most of the produce used in the restaurant, with a menu that changes regularly depending on what is freshly available.

While producing a range of outstanding high quality wines, Arimia are farmers first. The driver isn’t the wine or food itself but the positive impact the farm has on place through the production of wine and food. The restaurant and cellar door are a celebration of place: from the bottled wine and olive oil to the pork and trout dished up on the deck. Everything on this property is a raw material with which something beautiful is produced – the belief is reciprocity - farming with a long-term philosophy: a commitment to improving the land for multiple generations to come.

Arimia is a 56ha property spanning both sides of Quininup Road in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, just 2km from the Indian Ocean. The Estate is now a sustainably managed and organically certified mixed farm, with 8.4ha of vineyard, 2ha of olive grove, 1,000sqm of vegetable gardens, pigs, sheep and trout. This is the Arimia from which award-winning wines and head chef Evan Hayter’s cutting edge food comes.

Delicious degustation with matched wines, with friendly and efficient service. The crayfish pasta was a highlight, but all courses were divine. The garden - a mix of bird attracting natives with a kitchen garden further afield - makes a beautiful setting perfect for a long lunch in the autumn sun. Highly recommended. We will most definitely be back. Emma Clark

Food is great and well worth the visit experience. The wine from this estate is less good so try that at your own risk. Staff need a good ol training too as they didn't know about their own wine (possible both of the staff were new though I suppose). Simon
