Arimia are farmers first. The driver isn’t the wine or food itself but the positive impact the farm has on place through the production of wine and food. The restaurant and cellar door are a celebration of place: from the bottled wine and olive oil to the pork and trout dished up on the deck.

Everything on this property is a raw material with which something beautiful is produced – the belief is reciprocity - farming with a long-term philosophy: a commitment to improving the land for multiple generations to come.

Arimia is a 56ha property spanning both sides of Quininup Road in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, just 2km from the Indian Ocean. The Estate is now a sustainably managed and organically certified mixed farm, with 8.4ha of vineyard, 2ha of olive grove, 1,000sqm of vegetable gardens, pigs, sheep and trout. This is the Arimia from which award-winning wines and head chef Evan Hayter’s cutting edge food comes.

Arimia operates entirely off the grid and with an ethos of sustainable and regenerative produce to restaurant practices.

First time visit today and very happy we did. Once you get past the pot holed road to the winery get set for a very pleasant time. The staff know their wines and can chat easily about the varieties. Very wide range of styles and grapes presented. Lunch was excellent with delicious local produce used. Now that I have found this gem we will call again. Allen Howell
