We’ve just returned from a mid-winter break down south, and after searching for accommodation with a heated pool for the kids, we stumbled across Broadwater Resort. What a lucky find! From the warm welcome on arrival to our lovely three-bedroom villa, we couldn’t have been happier. We had a multi-generational family of six (three adults and three kids) staying for four days, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. On the nights we didn’t feel like cooking, we headed to the onsite restaurant, Tonic by the Sea, and absolutely loved it. The food and service were outstanding, the breakfast on our final morning was fantastic, and the coffee was excellent too! The heated pool was definitely a highlight. The kids spent hours swimming every day, despite the winter weather, and had an absolute blast. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to say hello to the kids as we wandered around the resort. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Broadwater Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a fabulous stay for our son’s birthday. Indoor pool was fantastic with the cool weather. Having access to the laundry room with no cost was a great service to wash and dry clothes before leaving. Beach access and a kids playground really make for a perfect family getaway.

Beautiful location, excellent restaurant. Lovely heated pool and very nice that they let you bring dogs. I would have liked the price point to match the quality a bit more, the rooms are very very basic , the beds and sofas are uncomfortable. I feel we paid a premium price ($338 per night including the dog fee) or a 2.5/3 star quality room. I was surprised at how basic the amenities and room quality was. If you like a comfy room, I think this is worth considering during your booking. If you want a basic stay for dogs and kids, it certainly met expectations!

We had a lovely time at Broadwater Resort. We brought our two dogs on holiday with us and everyone was so accommodating and friendly to them, from the cleaners, the gardener and bar staff to the handy dog packs in the room which comprised of a bed, blanket and bowls. It was a very relaxing stay made better by being able to bring out puppies with us. Thank you. We will be back.
