Absolutely brilliant, Evan and his team should be very proud of what they have accomplished. The resort was clean and literally a 5 star rating in my eyes. The Tonic by the Bar was a great place to eat a meal or have a drink and very inviting. 100% recommend for anyone going to Margaret River or the surrounding areas. If we were WA residents would loved to stay here with our fur baby as you don’t get many resort that’s offer this service.
I am going to sure recommend this hotel to my company, well done team.

We were impressed with the space and fit out of the villa. Comfy beds and sofa, plus a great range of kitchen crockery and appliances made it a great place to stay. And the kids loved the indoor heated pool and tennis court! Happy hour at Tonic worked well for us parents. Unfortunately for us it was too windy to get to the beach though.

This is our ‘go to’ place to stay when holidaying in Busselton. The staff provide exceptional service when booking accomodation. We got the best rooms for our needs (ground floor access required). The recent renovations to the bathrooms are fabulous, very functional layout & piping hot water in the open shower. Very quiet rooms with plenty of room to move around. The BBQ area is very clean & well positioned. Loved the beautiful fireplace in the restaurant… so homely and comfortable. Can’t wait to revisit again soon.

Great rooms, clean , comfortable and pet friendly..
Being able to take our dog to a resort is amazing, thank you Broadwater for the initiative.
When we walked in there was no sign that a dog may have been there before us, no hair, no smell, no mess. Even the dog bed and bowls were clean and looked new. The courtyard was enclosed and there was a lot of grassed areas to play around with our dog.
Thank you from my Husband, myself and our fur baby, Ruby. We will be back.
