My stay at Broadwater was very comfortable with everything I needed for my short stay. Rooms were impeccably clean, access to restaurant was great and the food.. as well as coffee really great. Didn't get to use the pool/s and spa/. Staff friendly. The only thing that was a downside was the music the cleaners leave the TV Chill music on till the guests arrive however the guests clearly did not arrive overnight in the rooms next to mine, and the music was coming through the walls and stopped me from sleeping. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Very crisp and clean rooms/bedding/towels. Kids loved the pool. Awesome to be so close to Tonic. We were apartment 77 and this is right next to Tonic so we could go out the back gate and be there right away. Games room is awesome the pool table was great. Handy having the vending machine right next to it. Reception staff were lovely.

We had a smashing stay at Broadwater Resort, really enjoyed having our own separate apartment - felt like a home away from home! The proximity to the beach was absolutely brilliant, just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
However, there was one hiccup - the bedroom upstairs was missing air conditioning. For nearly $800 over two nights, you’d think air con would be a given, especially on those balmy summer nights. It took hours to nod off, and only because we were knackered not being able to fall asleep.
We’d definitely come back, but only once they’ve sorted out the air con situation upstairs.

We absolutely loved this resort! The lush greenery was stunning, and our apartment was clean and so comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and playground. The perfect stay with our little boy and fur baby! It was the ideal getaway, and we can’t wait to return!
