100% single organic vineyard winery, where every wine is handcrafted to the finest detail. The name House of Cards is inspired by the gamble winemakers and growers take every vintage, forced to play the hand we are dealt by Mother Nature.

House of Cards was established in 2011 after the Wray family returned to Yallingup from travelling overseas, where Travis completed vintages in New Zealand and Canada. Ever since then, they have thrown everything into creating a brand which reflects their passion for creating single vineyard wines of exceptional quality.

House of Cards produces about 50 tonnes of their own fruit each year from the 12 hectare vineyard in Yallingup. The vineyard grows sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, merlot, shiraz, malbec, petit verdot and cabernet sauvignon. They already grow 3 different clones of cabernet sauvignon and are looking at experimenting with clones of different varieties in the future. The Wray's believe that to create beautiful wine you must first start with fruit of outstanding quality. They use organic sprays, cover crops and mushroom compost throughout the vineyard to help produce the best fruit possible while also focussing on environmental sustainability. House of Cards is currently in the process of becoming a certified organic vineyard.

House of Cards wine is hand made in the winery using traditional winemaking practises including hand plunging and manual basket pressing. The wines change each year depending on vintage conditions and different winemaking trials that Travis conducts in the winery. Being single vineyard wines however they all have a remarkable sense of place which can be seen from year to year.

Elizabeth and Travis love what they do... getting to live in paradise with their gorgeous boys and creating an amazing product that people love. There are no plans to get bigger… just better each year. They hope you will love what they do as much as they love doing it.

Catch up with Liz and Trav in their gorgeous cellar door located on the corner of Caves and Quininup Roads in Yallingup. Not only can you try the full range of House of Cards wine but you can also look at a great range of art and jewellery by local and Australian artists.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable Wines were delish. Small play ground and huge grass area for the kids to play. Definitely will be back Hannah Padwick
A unique little winery in a cozy setting. All the wines came from their single vineyards but they quite range in various kind of grapes. All the reds tastes very strong, spicy and rich in my opinion. We're guided to have a seat at the terrace next to kids toys area to have tasting. 2018 Three Card Monte Sauvignon Blanc is one of my favorite, fruity but a hint of oaky Chardonnay. The flagship 2017 Ace of Spades tastes definitely great. I personally thought 2017 The Kings in the Corner Cab Merlot priced 26 box is a good deal, all handpicked - tastes strong yet very fresh fruity. All the wine labels are beautifully designed, playing cards-themed so we bought some for souvenirs too. Ayaka I
Cool place, wines not really for us but awesome branding. $5 tasting fee, waived with purchase. Cute dogs too Nathan Bartle
A great winery in the southwest wine region, with fantastic quality wines. There's outdoor seating to enjoy the weather and scenic bushland. There's a new restaurant attached, Chow's Table, which also looks amazing and will certainly be visiting on my next trip Haydn Cross
