Island Brook Estate is a family-owned vineyard estate in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region, just 10 minutes from Cowaramup. Home to the first cellar door on Bussell Highway travelling south, Island Brook offers intimate tastings of estate-grown Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. My partner and I had an amazing time staying in one of the chalets at Island Brooke Estate. We loved how secluded it felt and enjoyed being surrounded by the forest and nature. We even managed to see some phascogales there! The onsite winery had very tasty wine and the owner, Jill, was very friendly. The chalets were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Did a 2 week tour of South West WA, after being in swags and the rain this was a very needed break. Owners were lovely, wine was beautiful and the chalets were stunning. Had a fire and the complementary wine that they make themselves both nights. Couldn’t have asked for a better stop through our journey. Will definitely be coming back yearly.

Our family of 8 (including our 2 young grandchildren) enjoyed our 3-night stay at the 3 bedroom residence. The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. 2 bedrooms had king beds while the third had a queen and single bed. There was an en-suite bathroom in the master room and a common bathroom. The residence had all the comforts and amenities of home. A kitchen with microwave & oven, dishwasher, cooker, toaster, large fridge and all types of cooking utensils and cutlery. A washer and dryer were also provided. There were outdoor patios with easy chairs while the living room TV had Netflix. The extensive grounds with a working vineyard and wooded areas was also a birder's delight and I spotted kangaroos and rabbits in the early morning. At night, the milky way was clearly visible with little light pollution. Jill & Paul, the owners, were friendly and even gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine from their winery. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this place for family groups exploring Margaret River.

Loved staying at Island Brook Estate! Was lucky enough to spend a few days here trying the delicious wines and enjoying the beautiful location. Would highly recommend as a base if you're wanting a comfortable stay while exploring in Margaret River!
