Shady and relaxed. Says it all really. If you are after flashy trendy places go elsewhere. If you want a family holiday in a fantastic place this is it. We have stayed a several places over the years and this is the one without question. Over 10 yrs straight now and kids from toddlers growing to late teens still love this place. I should keep this place a secret.

Love this place. Have been coming here for our family holiday for the past 3 years now and have many more memories to make. Absolutely love the beach front location and the whole place feels very homely. Friendly relaxed staff too. Good amenities in the villas and everything is always clean and tidy.

Family friendly, good location for access further south, wood bbqs can be great but also a pain, not pet friendly, units are in reasonable condition, the grounds are nice, with grass and trees, avoids the crowds in Busselton and Dunsborough during peak seasons, staff usually friendly. Overall, ranges between average and great, but never terrible.
