Siesta Park Holiday Resort is a sea side haven with absolute beach frontage, nestled between Busselton and Dunsborough in the Margaret River Region.
The Resort stretches along 400 metres of beach leading onto extensive lawns and shady trees surrounding Villas and Chalets. Many Villas and Chalets are just metres from the beach and boast ocean views, other units are only 90 – 120 metres from the shoreline.

The units have one, two or three bedrooms and are all self-contained with kitchen, dining area, lounge, shower and toilet. All units are equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, some also have their own wood fuelled BBQ’s which are enjoyed by families and friends for cooking meals or just relaxing around in the evenings. Other units have access to communal BBQ’s scattered around the park with some on the beachfront.

Siesta Park Holiday Resort prides itself in being family friendly by offering adventure playgrounds (such as the flying fox, tarzan swing and more), play areas for younger children, tennis court, basketball hoop plus a 50 metre long private jetty for fishing and crabbing.

A shop/café/service station is located at the park’s entrance. The resort is a popular place for boat lovers with a seasonal boat ramp suitable for crafts up to 5.5metres. For larger boats the next closest boat ramp is only 4 kms away. A bike path runs all the way to Busselton which is mainly along the beachfront and also links to Dunsborough. A great pivot point to Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and surrounds.

Extremely affordable and quite decent for a place that pretty much has its own private beach! We faced a few issues while booking the place but the staff was extremely helpful. We stayed in one of the older chalets that does get very cold at night and doesn't have a whole lot of space. But considering the price, the location and the tranquil beach, we had nothing to complain about.

Siesta park "Holiday Resort" they should of just left it at park it is not a resort. When you think of resort you think, massages, pool, spa, saunas, a bit of luxury; this was not that. Getting there I drove by it... the entrance is hidden behind a petrol station with a sign that blends in with the natural surroundings. I went with my family of 6 all of us being adults, there were 3 bedrooms, 1 shower and 1 toilet. There really wasnt much space for all of us to be in one room at once, the living room had 2 chair/couchs even if some of us sat there was not much standing space, the kitchen was tight with just two people and we all just fitted at the dinning table squished on the bench seating. The bedrooms were decent sizes my partner and I pushed together 2 single beds, the sheets and pillows were clean the fur blankets however were stained and the other blanket which im going to call prison blankets were so ruff on the skin it made me itch, so you bet the next day I went and bought my own blanket from kmart. The place it self is very outdated which we could tell by the photos and we didnt mind; but actually being there and seeing it in person is abit different, the finishes are ruff, the smell was bad (to begin with), the dodgey front door knob, the well over worn in furniture and the shower curtain which doesn't seem the most hygienic or practical option... probably time to update somethings. The good things about this park is the ability to walk a few meters onto the beach, Its also located between Busselton center and Dounsbrough about a 10 minute drive either side. Its also a great location for exploring more of down south and taking day trip adventures. For what we paid we are a bit disappointed, but we still had a great holiday

Wonderful place for children to roam. As I write this I’m looking at the ocean 100 mtrs away. Very clean not fancy but just what we love It’s like holidays I experienced as a child and have the best memories of. Totally give it 100% This is our 4th or 5th visit.

What a great place to stay. Our biggest regret was not booking this place sooner when we considered accommodation in the Margaret River region. The photos don't do it justice, when we arrived we appreciated the cleanliness and that every basic amenity is catered for. Unlike other resorts or caravan parks where you feel crammed in, this place has thoughtfully spaced out villas and everything felt very quiet and peaceful. Loved the BBQ fires, the cottage vibe and proximity to the beach. It gives you a sense of being much farther away, when in fact it is conveniently close enough to the towns of Dunsborough and Busselton. Will definitely be back next time.
