Four kilometres from the Busselton town centre traffic lights, along Bussell Highway, turn right into Lockhart Street, then left onto Geographe Bay Road.

Seaside holidays for families to suit every taste. Beach cottages and villas overlooking the water with access to heated swimming pools (one indoors), waterslide, playgrounds, giant jumping pillow, games room, shop, indoor barbecues, camp kitchen, wifi and adult bike hire. Self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom chalets are available (some with spas), or choose from the studio cabins and luxury glamping tents. Shady, grassed, powered sites and ensuite sites are provided for caravans, camping and motorhomes.
Mandalay is situated four kilometres west of Busselton, off Bussell Highway, right opposite the beach. Geographe Bay is a 70-kilometre long, sandy beach with a northerly aspect which means the water is mostly calm. It is ideal for swimming, snorkelling,  paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing and beachcombing throughout the year.

Mandalay is connected to town by cycle-ways which run along the beach. Enjoy a variety of local retailers, restaurants, museums, art and craft shops. Visit the beautiful foreshore precinct and walk the iconic two-kilometre long Busselton Jetty, or catch the jetty train to the Underwater Observatory.  The vineyards of the Margaret River Region, surf beaches and rugged coastlines, such as Yallingup and Cowaramup Bay, are all within an easy drive from Mandalay.

The centre boasts a 30-seat conference room, a 4-person meeting room, 2 Hot Desk stations and a comfortable break-out lounge. This space is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and is complemented by our recent roll out of premium fibre Enterprise Ethernet across the resort, ensuring fast and reliable internet access for our guests. Our onsite Kiosk can provide conference catering, or conference attendees are welcome to self-cater. Use of the business centre is complimentary for inhouse guests* (*conditions apply).

The 3-bedroom chalet was very clean upon arrival and well equipped. We travelled with two children under two and the park provided a baby bath, high chair and stow-away travel cot (not a flimsy travel cot) and all necessary linen, at no additional charge. We were also offered use of the family bathroom (key required), which included a proper bath tub. We travelled the week before Christmas with two other parties who stayed on a caravan sites that were just as nice. The park put on awesome events (Christmas carols, foam party), kids activities and stalls (hair braiding, nail spa), and food trucks every day! Coupled with the kiosk that was open for breakfast (serving coffee!) and dinner every night, the three swimming pools with water slide, four playgrounds to suit various ages, bouncy pillow, games room and playing field, both parents and kids could have quite happily stayed at the park and not cooked for the full week! The staff presence around the park was impressive. The grounds were well cared for (green, manicured lawns and shady trees). Curfews were abided by, although honestly on the first night we were a little concerned that they wouldn't be given the sheer number of kids in the park, but we were pleasantly surprised! Overall, this is a beautiful park and very comfortable accommodation. We felt that our kids and property were safe. It is well located close to the beach, town and the rest of the south west. We rode all the way into Busselton town from the park very easily. We would not hesitate to book again for next year!

We arrived as first time caravan users and were swiftly checked in by the efficient team at the reception desk. We were surprised that everyone with a caravan was personally supervised into their bays by knowledgeable staff. Spotlessly clean shower/toilet blocks. Laundry area well equipped with plenty of washing machines and dryers, ironing boards and irons also available. Plenty of bins and recycling which were regularly emptied. We loved the swimming pools and rainbow slide, great food trucks in the evenings and the people who were very friendly. A stone’s throw away from the beach 🏖️ Amazing. Our grandchildren made friends and loved the onsite playgrounds, freely riding their bikes and joining in with cricket on the oval. This has been the best Christmas holiday ever and we look forward to another one with Mandalay Resort in 2025.

Stayed on a powered site for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! Great place for the kids. Plenty of playgrounds, awesome indoor and outdoor pools with a slide that had kids and us adults loving life. 😂 We had a big group of us and our sites were even placed together which we appreciated so much! Be back here again for sure.

My review is for the van park Very well presented and maintained, every thing looks so fresh and clean. The staff were more than friendly & helpful, assisting and directing our big van into and out of a fairly tight spot. It was fairly packed out, but no dramas if you dont mind children running and riding around the park without much cause for safety, you just gotta be careful! The park is very close to Busselton, and far enough away to be peaceful and out of town so to speak. They have a kiosk, had movies showing in the grounds, and other activities ongoing. They take the time to contact you to see if everything is OK, that's a great idea!
