Four kilometres from the Busselton town centre traffic lights, along Bussell Highway, turn right into Lockhart Street, then left onto Geographe Bay Road.

Seaside holidays for families to suit every taste. Beach cottages and villas overlooking the water with access to heated swimming pools (one indoors), waterslide, playgrounds, giant jumping pillow, games room, shop, indoor barbecues, camp kitchen, wifi and adult bike hire. Self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom chalets are available (some with spas), or choose from the studio cabins and luxury glamping tents. Shady, grassed, powered sites and ensuite sites are provided for caravans, camping and motorhomes.
Mandalay is situated four kilometres west of Busselton, off Bussell Highway, right opposite the beach. Geographe Bay is a 70-kilometre long, sandy beach with a northerly aspect which means the water is mostly calm. It is ideal for swimming, snorkelling,  paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing and beachcombing throughout the year.

Mandalay is connected to town by cycle-ways which run along the beach. Enjoy a variety of local retailers, restaurants, museums, art and craft shops. Visit the beautiful foreshore precinct and walk the iconic two-kilometre long Busselton Jetty, or catch the jetty train to the Underwater Observatory.  The vineyards of the Margaret River Region, surf beaches and rugged coastlines, such as Yallingup and Cowaramup Bay, are all within an easy drive from Mandalay.

We had a wonderful time at Mandalay. We stayed on a powered site with plenty of shade. Very clean and well maintained facilities including with grounds. A very safe place for kids to ride bikes. The swimming pools are excellent as with the playgrounds and jumping pillow. Having a shop on site is very handy. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. With a short walk o the beach we would highly recommend this place

This is one of the best caravan parks we have ever stayed in - we camped in our camper trailer and were expertly assisted to back onto the site. Spotless facilities, excellent shower pressure, amazing staff. The whole camp ground looks lovingly tended w beautiful gardens here and there and lovely big trees. Plenty of washing machines and all in working order. We arrived exhausted after a very long day of travel and had not booked. We were lucky to get a site for 3 nights and the reception staff were outstanding- I felt better just meeting them. The kiosk had delicious fish and chips - all we did was walk across the oval. Thank you all for such a special stay.

After travelling on the road from SA to WA we found this park one of the best. Office staff and all other staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a perfect spot in our caravan clean park and very well maintained, the amenities were excellent. Having children around made it feel like home as we have grandchildren of our own. Such a beautiful place. We will definitely be going back. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lots of fun activities for the kids (I stayed with my 2 under children the age of 3) we all had a fantastic time. I will be recommending to all my friends and family
