With the Blackwood River right at your doorstep, Turner Caravan Park is the best holiday spot for fishing, boating, swimming and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the river mouth. You can often see visiting dolphins cruising the river in front of the park. Large stingrays (over summer) and pelicans are happy to share your catch of the day at the filleting tables.
The park is within easy walking distance from the Augusta Town Centre. A ten minute walk along the river and through the dunes in the opposite direction will take you to the beautiful Southern Ocean and its unspoiled beaches: the area is an easy access paradise for wind and kite-surfers along the river and for board surfers when the ocean swell is up.
Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park forms the backdrop of the Park and wonderful bush tracks can be started right from the park office.
The two bedroom chalet provides the perfect family accommodation for your getaway, catering to all of your relaxation needs. Overlooking the beautiful Blackwood River, your family holiday will be a memorable one! The air conditioned 2 Bedroom Chalets are suited for families of up to five people, with a king sized bed in the main bedroom and a queen sized bed + single bed in the second bedroom. All linen and towels are provided and beds are made up, ready for your arrival. The chalet offers an open plan kitchen/lounge, fully equipped kitchen and your own outdoor BBQ.
Powered and unpowered camp sites also available.

Turners is a magical camping spot on the South West cost. The rays are an incredible experience. Can be a bit windy but the non windy days are gorgeous. We paddle boarded across the river onto the sand bars and the far bank. Glorious spot. Facilities are modern and clean.

My family always enjoys visiting Turner Caravan Park. The location is perfect for accessing the river and enjoying fishing and kayaking. If you are lucky enough to catch some fish and fillet them down by the river you can feed the sting rays and the pelicans.
The park itself has good sized powered sites and the showers were warm and clean.

Staying in our caravan at the park. It's located on the Blackwood river with ocean access just a bit further down the shore.
Very tranquil park, lots of shady trees. Although busy not noisy as out of school holidays.
Augusta is so quaint one of my favourite places.

Turner was a great location for our first camp trip.
The facilities were nice and clean and well maintained. Location next to the river really was lovely.
I will be recommending the park to everyone.
