Please meet the Margaret River Surf School van at Redgate Beach Car Park 10 minutes prior to your lesson. Directions: From Margaret River town head South on Bussell Hwy. At the roundabout turn right onto Boodjidup Rd and continue to the end. Turn left onto Caves Rd. In 2kms turn right onto Redgate Rd and continue all the way to the beach car park.

Operating for over 30 years, they cater to anyone willing to give it a crack. All ages from beginners to advanced, there is a lesson to suit you! Get the passion, and feel the thrill with lessons starting at $60, all equipment supplied. Hire equipment is also available.
Group lessons are for any person over the age of 10 years old. If a child is under the age of 10 years they are required to be booked into one of the private lesson options.
Margaret River Surf School runs 2-hour group and private surf lessons for all ages and abilities from beginners to advanced. 3-day courses are also available. Discounts available for schools, corporate and large group bookings. All equipment provided. Fully qualified coaches

I had an amazing experience with Margaret River Surf School! Jack was an exceptional instructor—super knowledgeable, patient, and fun. He created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, which made learning easy and exciting. We made great progress in just one session and had a blast doing it. I couldn’t recommend Jack and the team more! Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to improve their skills.

Had a great time learning to surf with my siblings. Our instructor Jack was very easy to talk to, informative and fun. We all caught a good few waves and the surfing was matched well to our skill level. Highly recommend.

The kids aged 8 and 5 did the 3 day surf grom program and absolutely loved it! The instructors were brilliant, especially with the smaller kids. In particular Jorge, Arthur and Donni were excellent. We thought it was great value for money and a holiday highlight. Will definitely be back!

I recently had a surfing lesson with Jorge and Arthur, and it was absolutely brilliant! Both instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. They broke down each step with clear explanations, giving us the confidence to get out there and catch some waves. Their patience and encouragement helped us progress quickly, and I left the session feeling like I’d learned so much. I’d highly recommend Jorge and Arthur to anyone looking to learn or improve their surfing skills.
