Very informative raptor display, a chance to get up close and take photos with an owl, and the forest walk was leisurely with informative signs and beautiful birds. The forest is also home to lots of local non raptor birds. We were even graced by a local pair of wild wedge tail eagles during the display soaring high above us. It was a very special day out for the family. Really can't stress enough the importance to avoid using second generation rat poison to stop secondary poisoning to these beautiful birds.

Absolute must visit if you’re in the area! I caught the 11am show and it was delightful to meet a couple of birds before the rainfall interrupted. The walk wasn’t too strenuous and it was good to see lots more. Even better when the very reasonable ticket prices go straight into the care and rehabilitation of these beautiful animals.

A great way to spend a few hours and for a good cause too. The bird display was so well done and the birds were gorgeous. A nice little walk through the forest to see all the different types and a great range of products in the gift shop.

We arrived about halfway into one of the two daily live raptor demonstrations. The host was informative and entertaining (given the lack of cooperation he was receiving from two of his three star kites!) - thankfully Keith cooperated (in attached photo, and actually a 'her'). This organization provides a valuable rehabilitation service for injured raptors, and the birds available on property for viewing are in large aviaries, and unable to be re-introduced into the wild. They are on a +/- 1 km circuit, nicely walkable, with info provided for the species on display. Check for display timings on-line, the show seemed very informative and pleasantly casual (Kevin kept flying overhead, a nice opportunity to view her splendid markings).
