Gourmet Burgers

Andy’s Burgers claim to fame is the “best cheeseburger in the Southwest”. We won’t argue with that. Gabriel has worked in fine dining establishments in Melbourne as a chef for 14 years, and has created a comfort food menu the whole family will love including Southern-style fried chicken, wingettes and popcorn chicken. Try the hush puppies (we hadn’t heard of these either but take our word for it that these fried corn fritters are GOOD).

Lighter Bites

Newcomer Uncle Ted Korean Street Food will have you feeling like you are on the bustling streets of Seoul with any of their delicious on-the-go Korean corn dogs and Korean pancakes (hotteok). Chef Ted has worked in Australia for ten years.

Tora Sushi is so much more than your classic California Roll. Richard and Eva can cater to any occasion, with a large selection of platter options available. Locals line up for hand rolls full of the freshest ingredients – we scored an insider’s tip on the smoked salmon roll with Richard’s homemade pickled onion. Generous chicken and salmon boxes satisfy the biggest sushi cravings, and a range of snacky sides with crunchy edamame, punchy salads and traditional warm gyoza complete the experience.

Bobcha Korean Food truck serves up Korean street eats with a delicious sweet, tangy twist. Feast on Korean fried chicken smothered in sauce or a revamped Bibimbap. They also serve your favourite burgers, wings and chips as well as a kids’ version on the classic chicken dish. Choose from rice or chips and optional extra salad.

To Make You Melt

Is a meal ever really finished until you have dessert? Janneke from Sub Zero Gelato is an expert in artisan Gelato making. She trained in the Netherlands, and her gelato won ‘Champion Gelato’ at the 2021 Perth Royal Food Awards, so she knows her stuff! With less sugar and fat than ice cream, feel guilt-free as you indulge in classic flavours or try something inspired by the seasons. Revelations include gorgonzola gelato, stout, and truffle honey. If you can’t choose, order the tasting journey of 6 or 9 flavours – you’ll need two spoons.
