Vasse Virgin is nestled in the heart of the Margaret River Region. At the end of the tree-lined drive, you'll find their Soap Factory - a converted machinery shed emitting the most wonderful aroma. A visit to the Factory allows you to witness the soap makers at work, as they hand blend a variety of luxurious natural body products using the finest extra virgin olive oil.
Overlook the unique working factory and watch the entire process, from manufacture through to the individually hand packaged finished products. Chat with the soap makers, get advice on the best products for your skin type, and discover the unique characteristics of their natural and organic ingredients. Feel the difference by experiencing the products for yourself at their testing stations. Indulge in their complete range of skin and body care, ranging from moisturising lotions, skin balms and scrubs, to bath and massage oils, and shampoo.
The creation of Vasse Virgin emerged when Louis and Edwina Scherini's three children, who suffered from eczema and dermatitis, were advised by Doctors not to use commercial body products. The Scherini's were inspired to create a chemical free alternative, incorporating extra virgin olive oil and essential oils, excellent for those with allergies or sensitive skin. The complete range of skin, body and hair care products caters for customers of all skin types, or those simply looking for a natural alternative.
Vasse Virgin now also has a dedicated tasting room where you can sample a carefully selected range of olive oil varietals including estate and locally-grown extra virgin olive oils. For all those olive-lovers out there, a diverse array of both locally-grown and internationally sourced table olives await your taste buds. Enjoy a hosted tasting of our gourmet products and the wonderful flavour characteristics in their olive oils - intense fruit characters with strong pungency and often a distinct peppery undertone.
