Visited Hippo Lake on the last day before leaving Chapman Hill to head back to Perth City and never regretted making the trip there. The place is so big, with a nice open field for my toddler to run around. Colouring books and pencils to keep my child occupied entertained while we ate. And the ambience was great with beautiful flowers planted all around.

What an absolute delight! We stopped for scones, jam and cream and also chocolate brownie, was pretty speccy. The terrace and lawn area are lovely. We met one of the owners she was lovely, gave us a bit of a run down on the place. Worth a visitđź‘Ť

What a beautiful spot, all tucked away in the countryside. The food was surprisingly delicious and we sat out under a huge gum tree and enjoyed it. Great for big families, or large gatherings. What a great place!
