An AMAZING wine tasting experience. Mel and Genevieve were so kind and knowledgeable of the Capel wines. I did a white wine tasting and really enjoyed it all.
The most surprising of the wines were the Chardonnay and the sparkling rose. Mel told me to keep a little of the Chardonnay in my mouth for 10 seconds and it changed the taste. And it did! It is so good.
The sparkling rose is naturally fermented and the carbonation was also natural. It was a cute name What the Duck ha ha.
The roses and purple butterfly bushes at the entrance are a breathtaking view. A gorgeous property and fun place to sample some excellent dry white wines. They have reds as well but I am just a white wine fan.

Such a lovely winery with beautiful views and great wines. Fantastic service from Mel, who was very knowledgable and was able to tailor the tasting to our specific styles. We had a lovely experience here and would highly recommend.

My husband and I visited the cellar door where Tracey spent considerable time sharing her wine, stories and even a plan for other local attractions.
We enjoyed some local cheese with our wine overlooking the vines.
Highly recommended as a destination to visit.
