Located 5 minutes from Dunsborough town, family-owned and operated and one of the pioneer vineyards of the region. In the warmer months, the restaurant's open-air verandahs offer views of the lake and fields, while underfloor heating in the dining room keeps things cosy in winter.

Palmer Wines was established in 1977 by Helen and Steve Palmer. From humble beginnings, to being the proud owners of over 50 national and international wine awards Palmer Winery has come a long way. Winemaker Mark Warren oversees the vineyards selection which prominently features chardonnay, Semillon, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, malbec, cabernet franc and merlot. Palmer Wines team aim to excel in producing the ultimate wine to be enjoyed by epicureans from around the world.

The Master Chef selects only the best produce to create his tempting delights. Sourced from produce grown or caught in the South West as well as from West Australia's finest suppliers, his mouthwatering creations will satisfy all. When combined with their award-winning wines, a visit to Palmer Wines Restaurant is an experience not to be missed.

Had lunch here for my 40th birthday. The service was fantastic, such a beautiful venue, the food was absolutely incredible. Me, my husband and son got the steak, it was tender and melt in your mouth, the sides were incredible too, wine was also delicious. Definitely coming back for years to come

Without a doubt, it takes my second spot of best steak I've had in my life. I can't seem to order anything else when I go to palmers because the magic the chef puts into the steak is godly. The service is always a 10/10 with an amazing wine list. Great for groups of all sizes.

First time visit and we were not disappointed. The service, food and setting was amazing. Baffled by the dated/daggy comments. Love the Mediterranean courtyard, windows and wood. It’s a lovely venue and we don’t think it’s dated, love the glass, wood and views. Their Brut sparkling is sensational, really nice drop. The food was amazing, for entree we had the scallops and prawn entrees. Great flavours. For mains we had the steak and gold band snapper, beautiful. We even had desert as the menu was too enticing, panna cotta and affogato , again outstanding. This will not be our only visit, this will be a regular for us when we visit Dunsborough. Looking forward to trying their wines tomorrow, couldn’t fit it in today 😊 Staff are so friendly and engaging.
