I’ve been to many wellness facilities and this is by far my favourite. The layout, staff attention and reduced capacity leave you feeling restored 🧘
Ice bath is the coldest I’ve experienced. Sauna clean and searing. Hot tea delectable.
My only issue is I don’t live in Margaret river and could come everyday. Great work team 6 out of 5 ⭐️

I visited Mend for the first time after receiving a gift voucher from my husband, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Booking online was so easy and the pricing for the massage I chose was incredibly reasonable for the quality and duration.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Sonya, who immediately made me feel at ease. Her calm demeanour and welcoming energy set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. I’ve had hot stone massages before, but Sonya took the time to explain how the treatment would go, which made me feel comfortable and fully prepared for the session.
It was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! The entire experience flew by, and I didn’t want it to end. Sonya is incredibly skilled and truly gifted at what she does. The hot stones were the perfect temperature, and the oils/lotions used left my skin feeling amazing—clearly high-quality products.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Sonya and the team at Mend have created something truly special, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Our first time and I won't lie. The thought of the ice bath terrified me.
The fact that Mrs C made it look easy didn't help.
With coaching from the receptionist, I survived. Three rounds. And afterwards we felt great.
So much so that we have already booked our second visit.

Mend is an absolute gem. The sauna was super hot and the ice bath was icyyy. My favorite way to detox. The space is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly and I loved the little details like the water options and natural skincare products to try. Every part of the experience was thoughtful and elevated. Can’t wait to go back next time i'm in Margs. x
