A fantastic experience which is highly recommended when visiting Margaret River.
Rosie the staff was attentive, welcoming n went though what to expect is detail.
The centre itself was clean and beautiful with modern decoration and facilities.
The sauna, ice bath and plunge pool area was big enough for the shared group to rotate using the facilities with ease.

Absolutely incredible! Had a great evening with some friends for my partners birthday. We did the private session for 8 people and got to use all of the downstairs- sauna, ice bath and hot plunge. Amazing staff, good price, all the little details are just perfect including the tea and cleanliness, and great fun especially with a group of friends! Thanks Paige for being so welcoming and making the evening so wonderful! Will definitely be back soon!!

My experience was like no other thanks to the amazing body work session by Sami. She spent so much time and energy on me not only before the massage but also afterwards. I cannot recommend her enough. I have never had an experience like it and I've been doing different types of therapies for years and years.
It only that the infrared sauna space is divine. Dark lighting, an intimate space and a spacious sauna. Will be back for sure 💕💕

5 star set up! extremely clean and amazing staff. I Visited mend with a group of 6 friends for a 80 min session. We rotated between the sauna, ice bath and magnesium bath with ease, plenty of room to facilitate us all. The owners have created an amazing space that feels safe, warm and relaxing. Also, cannot forget to mention the tea, still and sparkling water that they offer on tap that you can use at your pleasure. After the 80 minutes we all walked out feeling on top of the world. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending to all friends and family living and visiting the area.
